Because our products are all made-to-order and are to the trade only, we do not accept returns unless the incorrect product has been shipped, the product is not made as described, or the product is damaged in shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please take photographs of the package it arrived in and any others that would be helpful in showing the damage that is a result of the shipping. Then, please contact us and we will arrange a refund and an address to which to send the damaged product back.
Likewise, if there is a manufacturing defect, please photograph and contact us upon receiving the product so that we may immediately resolve the issue. Please be aware that variations in color or irregularities on the surface of the handmade product do not constitute a defect, nor do “slubs” in the natural linen backs. These are all unique and handmade and the beauty is found in the “wabi sabi” inherent to such products.
